I can't use NG on my old mini-ipad!

Hello,
The download buttons (and almost every other button) on NG suddenly stopped working on my old mini-ipad. I tried to use the
Dolphin browser but that was no good either. Some of the books that I requested aren't available on Kindle and now I use the laptop to get the pdf's but it was much easier on the ipad! Can anyone help? I am not keen on buying a new mini-ipad yet!

you may have to download Adobe to read then or read on your phone...i find some of the books don't work well on the NG app so I go back and forth between it and Kindle...but I also have the app downloaded on my phone when my mini is out of juice

Have you tried a reset? Where you hold the on/off button until ipad closes down & restarts? Or deleting the NG app & reinstalling it?

If that doesn't work & you have the pdfs stored somewhere else, you could try restoring the ipad to factory settings (hard reset). You'd have to reinstall/upload everything so if your NG pdfs aren't stored elsewhere you would lose them.

My old mini is no longer supported by most apps now. What iOS is it? Mine is 9; 10 (X) was the big change.
