How come you can't remove a book from an existing series?
Goodreads is like a library catalog rather than Amazon or other sales sites. If a book qualifies to be in a series, there's no reason to remove it later just because it was rebranded.

New series title: Kirk Gals
this book is number one in that series of short new adult f/f standalone romances.
