SOLVED! I've found the book! Although the cover DEFINITELY OFF, the premise still stands. It's called The Last Goodbye by Fiona Lucas if anyone is interested to read it as well!
Plot : woman who tries to cope from a death calls to her dead partner and someone answers (idk if it was their dead SO or just another person who's also grieving), and with the other person on the line, they all grieve together
The cover is two toned, the half is kinda pink and lively, while the other is dull and blue. If I recall, there were trees in fall behind them, and the woman was in the lively side looking towards the man in the dark side, and they both had phones held up to their ears as if calling each other.
