Profile names

I recently set up my author profile, but it defaulted to a name without my middle initial - which separated it from my previous reader profile. I don't seem to be able to change my author profile name now to combine them. Author profile is Gary Metcalf (linked to the book, A Dark Matter of Memory). Reader profile is Gary S. Metcalf, linked to multiple other books, including Social Systems and Design. Can you help, or give me directions to fix this?
