Hey all, just FYI I am in no way affiliated with the company other than being a happy customer for years. You can send messages to me about your dissatisfaction with the company or book selections but just know it won't go anywhere. If you want to be heard I suggest contacting book of the month customer service or vent on a discussion post in the group as I usually don't have any overly negative assessments of BOTM.
