First time ever posting! My name is Rick, and was just contemplating and wondering people’s opinion on the subject matter of who actually can be saved by God.

Are they any exceptions/exemptions? For example as stated in topic, can a convicted mass murderer, named Charles Manson be saved by Jesus Christ. Thanks
