We never knew much about Liam and Eden other than insinuations that they played fast and loose with the law. Did you ever imagine they’d do what they did to Lucy…drug, abduct and transport her out of the country? At that moment, what did you imagine about them? Was this something Sean could ever forgive them for doing, despite the later disaster?

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments I know that they only took Lucy since she heard Eden's phone call to Dante. They took Siobhan at the same time. Why didn't they just leave both Lucy and Siobhan at the airport? Why take Lucy with them but leave the other woman?

No, I don't think Sean will ever forgive Eden or Liam for removing Lucy from her home. Putting her in danger just made it so much worse.

In that moment, I knew Liam was diabolical. There was absolutely no justification for doing something like this to family, and Lucy was family. I also knew that Liam would forever be dead to Sean, as would Eden but the jury was still out for her since it wasn’t her idea.

I’d never forgive a sibling for doing something like this to my husband. All for money? Their behavior also explained everything I needed to know about them and why Kane had kicked them out. I no longer needed to know the why. This was just awful.

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2973 comments You're wrong, Jonetta. It wasn't only for the money. It was for their parent's Treasure. He wanted that treasure in order to prove to Kane that he was smart. He could have left Lucy with Siobhan but he didn't want anyone (Kane) getting to the treasure before him.

Eden was just plain jealous of Lucy. She didn't want to believe that another woman had taken her place in Sean's life and had first place and his love. She couldn't accept that Sean wasn't the kid who worshiped her anymore. I think her jealousy was part of the reason she went along with Liam.

Anita, I don’t think I’m “wrong.” Yes, if it was only about the treasure, they’d have only taken the bond needed to find the treasure but they took them all. Even after they located the treasure, Liam had to be reminded that their plan was to turn everything over to the people after accepting a finder’s fee. Even Eden questioned whether Liam would stick to the original plan.

And even if you disagree with the term, the point still stands. Liam sold out his brother for gold.

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2973 comments Liam wanted to treasure to prove to Kane he was just as good as him. He wanted the money to prove he was better. To Liam, Sean had been turned to the dark side and no longer mattered.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3485 comments I was surprised that they took Lucy out of the country. They researched Lucy and had to know that she would be in danger in Mexico. Their actions showed that they didn't care about family at all especially Sean.

Liam was obsessed with the treasure hunt. It would have proved more to the family if they put the people before the treasure.

Melissa (melissasd) | 676 comments I really wanted to like Eden and Liam, but what they did to Lucy was harsh. I believe that they never intended to put her in danger, but they (Liam) really didn't think about what they were doing. I don't think Sean will ever forgive Eden.
