Sean makes a special trip to see his son Jesse, trying to convince him to comply with the witness protection program requirements. Do you think he got through to Jesse? Will the letter writing work and can his son forgive his parents?

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments I think Sean convinced Jesse that he should stay in the program for right now. He is in danger from the Flores family and possibly other cartels. The letters may help, but I don't think Jesse will be able to stay with his stepfather and mother for the next six years. I'm guessing that Jesse may screw up somewhere down the road and contact Sean again.

This kid is so like Sean. Once Jesse got a chance to gain some control, or at least perceive he did, he saw daylight. I think he’ll tow the line but he’s going to rebel against his parents for other things. He no longer respects them, understandably.

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2953 comments I agree completely, Jonetta, Jesse is definitely a miniature Sean in every way. That must have driven his mother crazy to see so much of Sean in Jesse. I hope he stays with the program, but I agree, he is not going to be an easy kid to parent.

Oh, I’m sure Jesse’s similarity to Sean bugs her like crazy. Fitting.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments Jesse is a mini Sean. He is not going to comply with the rules of witness protection like he should, but Sean convinced him to stay put for the time being.

I'm sure his mother is worried that she is going to lose Jesse to Sean before long.

Melissa (melissasd) | 676 comments I think he got through to Jesse temporarily. Jesse is very stubborn and I think it will take awhile for him to trust them enough to forgive them.
