Feeling Useless

Life is an experiment of situations, challenges, opportunities, fate, and luck and all those actions are cause and effect resulting with the possibility of life or death outcomes ( Literal and Nonliteral). Yes I have experienced being totally useless in trying to figure out how to help a child or adolescent communicate as a speech therapist. Sometimes as a person I can pull from my past experiences of being incapable or useless in changing an outcome and other times I must let it go. Trevor my brain in spinning on this one. I think I am going to be useless and have a glass of wine.
