Romance beta reader exchange group

Hi, A few of us are looking to start a Romance writers/beta-readers group. This is different from being critique partners for WIPs, we're looking to support each other with beta-reading of whole MS.

The group would be for romance writers who are looking for beta-reader feedback from romance readers/writers, and therefore know and are fans of the genre.

Submission would be when you are ready, we’d notify each other, say on Facebook or whatever works for members of the group. We would submit the whole MS that we want beta-read.

There would be no costs involved other than time. There would be a gentleman’s agreement to honestly and respectfully beta read and provide feedback in a timely way for other people’s submissions even if you are not at a submission point yourself.

This sounds interesting to me, although I am not on FB a lot. But I can work around that and be on more if FB works for others.

I am a romance-suspense writer/author and love to read romance novels in any sub-genre.

I have a completed romance MS and would be happy swap with another writer (and put the time in to share thoughts/impressions/feedback on other's work). I like how you described the group.
