We also learn just how deeply seated Noah’s feelings are about Lucy…still. Were you surprised at the depth of his feelings? What else did you learn about him in this story? Will he stay in San Antonio, go back to Washington, DC or something different?

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2953 comments Lucy was as opposite from Eden as it was possible to be. She is a extraordinary person and has overcome so much. I wasn't surprised the Noah had very deep feelings for Lucy. I learned that he is a lonely guy and I would love to see him find someone worth of him. I have no idea what his future holds. I just hope he doesn't quit the FBI.

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments I hope he doesn't quit too. Maybe he'll meet someone while he is taking a sabbatical and end up staying in San Antonio. He's good at his job and works with Lucy and her team.

Frankly, I was surprised that he’s still in love with Lucy! Granted, he’s accepted she belongs to Sean and her heart is clearly with that man. But I really thought he’d moved on.

I don’t want him to quit the FBI either. His soul searching about his relationship with Rick Stockton was also interesting. I’m pulling for that relationship. And, fingers crossed that finds someone that takes him out of this romance hole.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments I'm with you Jonetta. I was surprised to find out Noah still had strong feelings for Lucy. I can't remember which book, but I thought he moved on.

I agree with everyone. I don't want Noah to leave the FBI. I want to see him find someone to love and I want him to work with Lucy again.

Melissa (melissasd) | 676 comments I was not surprised that he still has strong feelings for Lucy. There have been little clues in the things he says and does. I think Noah is going to take some off and probably go back to Texas.
