I worked at the University of Utah in the 1970's and was continuously amazed by the Mormon history, culture, and determination of its followers. There is a great deal of "paradox" in Utah, so this historical novel is intriguing to me. Will take a look! Thanks to Miriam. By the way, Miriam Utah is a suburb of Salt Lake City.
Hello PamelaI'm pleased to learn that 'In A Town Called Paradox' intrigues you. I hope you're not disappointed, for Utah's Mormon history and culture is not part of the story we tell. However, we'll be interested to know what you make of the book.
Best regards, Miriam Murcutt (and co-author, Richard Starks)
PS I love SLC's suburbs.
