Jonathan Castillo | 2 comments Hello everyone.
Three months ago I put my novel on Amazon hoping that people would see it and might want to read it. In those three months just one person had bought it and around 370 pages had only been read on Kindle Unlimited. 255 of those pages were read in Australia on the day it was released, which is the length of the book. I like to think that someone spent their Saturday reading my book and not that it was just a coincidence. Here's hoping.
The book is a zombie story with a bit of a different take and, I believe, a number of unique ideas. But of course I am biased. This is the description on Amazon along with the links.

When the zombie apocalypse came it lasted only three days. At least that was how long it took for the United States to wipe out the undead hordes with its sizable stockpile of weapons and ammunition. The nation then rebuilt what little needed to be rebuilt and its people went back to living their lives. But that didn't mean that things didn't change. No one knew why the dead had risen or how to keep them from rising. So everyone, from individuals to industries, had to adjust to the new reality that when you die you will rise.

It was in one small town that sixteen year-old Sarah Fowler would have to deal with this reality more than most. Because, even though it had been three years since the undead had been eradicated, Sarah and her family would still feel the deadly impact of a world that had not only accepted but embraced the fact that death was no longer the end.

I just put it on a free promotion for the weekend. It's my first try at a novel and I spent years working on the thing. I would really just like to know how I did. Thank you, all.
