My book debuted at #2 on Amazon's Hot Releases for Christian Books!

Hi all,

I wanted to share this good news about my book reaching #2 on Amazon's Hot Releases for Christian books, and I wanted to add that I started my marketing for this title VERY early. Always a good idea — at least 6 months before, if you can! I hope everyone is having good fortune with their writing — and reading, too! :)

Hi Dianne,
I decided to concentrate on links to purchase. I think people will buy a book if the link is right in front of them. I began a Facebook page for the book, and asked friends for reviews. I also chose a few friends who I thought would share with others, if they grew excited about the book (which thank goodness, they did).

Also, and most importantly, I prayed a lot that God would decide this book's fate, and that my own stress, ego, and naturally sort of competitive nature be greatly lessened so that God would shine through, and not me. I pray about this every day. I want this to be a gift from myself to God and to others — Christian books, if they help one person to truly know God, have well-served their purpose.
