- thembo. Non-binary (I will fill up the entire “other” dorm by myself if I have to), 15, pansexual, stronger than they are intelligent. They have a single brain cell that is entirely dedicated to loyalty to their loved ones. Very much a sweetheart, although they could throw a grown ass man across a football field.

yo, so,

my character is the head of the fourth years, but she's also the head of the planning committee. at the moment, aster is the only 'member' created. so, we mainly just need members.

the planning committee needs a vice, secretary, treasurer, a sergeant in arms, historian, and yknow, just regular members that help set everything up.

I'll now describe the roles
The vice is basically an extension of the head. They basically assist the head as well as other members with their duties. in the case, the head can't or if it's a minor issue that doesn't need to be brought to the head's attention, the vice would also handle it. of course, typically the head and vice split their duties, as it's a lot altogether, especially during busy times.

The secretary is responsible for taking accurate notes (minutes) at all meetings and reporting those minutes to the council before, during or after the meetings. other than that, it's like being a secretary for a company. they keep track of things like phone calls, filing, etc. without the secretary, it would be hard to function as they are in charge of basically organizing all of the information.

The treasurer is responsible for keeping a record of the financial account. They must record deposits, transactions, etc on a banking book as well as helping set reasonable budgets and managing basically anything to do with money.

a sergeant in arms is basically in charge of enforcing things like rules, as well as keeping things orderly. if someone is goofing off or doing something against school policy during an event or the planning of the event, they take care of it. they basically are the head of the security detail. regular members amongst the planning committee usually help out with this, as well as a few volunteers. they are basically the commanding officer for those types of things.

The historian is responsible for documenting the important events for the student council; this may involve taking photographs or taking notes and keeping a journal. Additional duties may include helping maintain and update the student council webpage.

regular members are just as important though. without them, it'd be just as hard to function. events won't be finished on time, or as nicely. they wouldn't have the manpower for the security of events, etc. regular members help with the efficiency of everything all together, and also get to participate in event committee meetings and have a say in things.

maybe a possible love interest for aster? they'd have to be someone she's around a lot (so, either in her year or in the planning committee with her). probably, someone, she's known for a while? (like, as in, idk, a year or two prior). aster is currently anti-love though, so it'd be an incredibly slow burn type thing. it could even be an unrequited love-type situation.

um i have marvin atm. he's going to be a perfectionist though. XD he also gets riled up easily and is the head of the book club. ^^ i'd totally be down for that kind of relationship since marvin is more focused on studies and stuff than love. :3

aster is also more focused on getting through school and yknow, her responsibilities (along with studying ofc). so it'd kind of be like, something that just slowly started to inch it's way into her heart. I don't plan to make it something like, a very obvious crush or anything, or something that she immediately realizes if that makes sense?
