Inexpensive proof-reader or editorial services sought

I am looking for an affordable editorial service for my completed novel manuscript. I have never purchased software or hired anyone and would like some advice.

They charge a fraction of the price of most other editors, and are very friendly and pleasant to work with. They take all genres, and in my experience work very promptly. My turnaround with them was only about two weeks, and that was over Christmas/New Year's, so it's likely shorter outside of holiday times.

One thing I really like about them is that, while they say they charge $0.01 per word on their website, if they think your manuscript is polished enough based on the sample you send them, they may offer to instead charge you by the hour, which is usually the more inexpensive option. I ended up paying them $270 for content editing for a 75,000-word manuscript, which is phenomenal considering some editors will charge ten times that much.
