Bad Girl's Club is amazing.
I feel like my whole Spotify account is just band after band.

i love how everyone's taste are pretty different. XD lavender likes instrumentals and the rest of us like bands. i do love instrumentals when i'm writing though. it's really nice to have it in the background.

i know, I'm getting stuff from 6 hours ago.

but of course!! i hear they make your writing better too. XD
I tend to write with corpse rapping-

i occasionally listen to artists like Karoline (she does violin covers). She's just the only one I can note. I also listen to Mozart, Beethoven, and artists of the like, so I can't say I don't listen to instrumental XD

seriously. >.< i hope they fix it soon. :3

probably why all my characters turn out kind of depressing.
( for example, one of the characters in my thing is being made with the song better of dead by sleeping with sirens in mind. )

Me too, it's super annoying going back and forth checking, and I logged on after swim training and it was like ARGH!
Sir, I'm a lesbian and demiboy, say that again I dare you.
I feel that

Sir, I'm a lesbian and demiboy, say that again I dare you."

Sir, I'm a lesbian and demibo..."
I haven't come out to them but that just- i almost told them right there.
LIKE I'M GAYYY HELLOOOO

my school counselor just sent me this:
"Hi Iris! I am just checking in.... I hope you are having a great summer so far.
Anyhow, I am just reaching out because I had to make a change which affected your schedule. I will not be able to fit Forensics into your schedule. I know you really wanted that class especially because it is related to what you want to do. I have nowhere else to move PE to get Forensics to fit (unless you gave up a different class- ie: Chorus, APUSH, Spanish 3). May I send you a list of other science classes that may fit your schedule? What about Chemistry?"
i'm soooo sad, i'll have to give up chorus, and i love my chorus teacher :(
I kinda don't lol. It stereotypes indians. and i can guarentee I ain't like that at all. Neither is any other indian i know-

i can't really say anything, i'm irish, dutch, and german. i feel like a lot of it is trying to go away from the stereotypes. which parts did you feel like stereotyped indians?
the whole arranged marriage thing. It was really popular in the 1900's, but now a days, most indians do choose their own partner. And her cousin being a doctor or engineer. I feel that goes for a lot of asians. It's not really true, most don't do that, though some do for sure.

i had typed out callan's entire history and had his weapons and outfits sorted
but i accidentally canceled edit instead of edit.

Dammit 😭
I hate that, we will avenge it.

they don't have enough room for me in their car T w T
even if they did, my mom probably wouldn't let me go because I can't swim

it isn't common nowadays, but it does still happen. Doctors and engineers are common and a lot of people have them in their family. being a doctor or an engineer are both jobs that make a lot of money and are considered successful careers. ( i have no idea why they stereotype that as an asian or indian thing as well. americans also consider them to be sucessful in careers and a lot of parents still push their kids toward those careers. I know myself, as my parents want me to be an engineer. ) I haven't watched the show, but it could be that they didn't mean to do it. though then again, it could also be that it was totally intentional, I would have no way of knowing.
I also get the engineer thing. As the top sought-after jobs in India are all engineer-related or science-related. Though, they also have a lot of jobs in business that pay really well too. The doctor part is the part I don't really see, but we never truly have enough doctors, so I guess I can see why some people (of any ethnicity) would want to be one.
The doctor I've always gone to as a child, Dr. Reddy. (if you google it, the first result will come up as her. she owns the company and everything, she was just my childhood doctor when she was a resident here before moving a bit further to baton rouge. her clinic is still here though.) If you look at the first link, it says she graduated at Mahadevappa Rampure Medical College, Gulbarga in India. She's a really nice lady. Was a lot more like family than anything. though, this isn't me condoning that kind of stereotype. Just saying it does still happen, just not that it's pressured by family or anything, but rather a career path they decide to go down. The whole marrying a doctor thing is absurd as well, something I've seen.

Yeh, I feel like I only said I wanted to be a engineer was because my dad wanted that and he's one. Plus my cousins became goshdarn doctors, like.
And what I love most is that it's my oldest cousin who's a doctor who has the strongest opinions about never have i ever.
yesss
Ah, im working on a new character, and Cassian is about to start a fight. Do you want Felicia to check his dorms and catch him before he starts that fight?
Ah I thought Felicia had permission because of the vape situation
I like instrumental because then you can make a story for the song and write lyrics. I'm a terrible singer but love to write story songs.
