Combining books that are on two different pages

I wanted to combine "Reich Gottes, Kreuz, Kirche" with "How God Became King: The Forgotten Story of the Gospels" by N.T. Wright because the first is just the German edition of the second.
My problem is: they are on different pages in the "combine"-overview for this author. They don't share common keywords so I can't use the search to view them side by side. When I change sites, GoodReads "forgets" that I had marked a book on the previous site.
Do you have any idea, how I could combine them? Strangely I never had this problem befor... :D
