Hi Shantha and welcome - this is the correct place for asking. It might be good to have an idea of the topics of your essays/book.

Leading with heart, Empowerment, Leadership tensions, Vulnerability, Using intuition, Communication, Managing stress, Optimism, Thinking for yourself, Availability and approachability, Work and family, Managing conflicts and negotiation, Lifelong learning, Humility, Curiosity, and Tenacity - Sixteen essays. Each is about 2500 - 3000 words long.
