Promare is about the sudden rise of flame-wielding mutants known as "Burnish" who have seemingly destroyed anything that had come their way. A team of firefighters known as the Burning Rescue are tasked with stopping the Burnish using advanced technology. A terrorist group called Mad Burnish has been causing havoc and after the leader Lio Fotia meets Galo Thymos, a firefighter, Galo starts to question everything he had been told was true. The movie centers around how the Burnish are misunderstood. They cannot live without burning and did not choose to become the way they are.
This movie was very well made and the plot spreads a good message. The art is unique and colorful which makes it give off an energetic tone. The music is really good and matches adequately with the movie. The action scenes especially are insanely well done. The characters are diverse and likable especially the leads as the go down their own separate paths and develop together. I rate this movie 5/5.
