Original language text for a book not available

Can someone tell me what to do when we upload a new book and we do not have the text according to the country?
Can we use Google-translate or another excellent translator?
Or is it okay to add an English translation?

I think its ok to add with english translate and if later somone other come over the book, they can update it to the languange the book has.
