Yes. I thought this book would be about Kane finding he couldn't live without Siobhan. I am so disappointed they didn't get an HEA in this story. But, I have hope. We still have 10 more books and novellas to go.
I was a bit bored with the first half of this book. I don't know if it was the plot or the fact that it felt very disjointed with Lucy having one investigation and Sean going to Mexico to find Jesse. Thankfully the second half of the book was very good.I was happy that Siobhan actually listened to the cops when they told her to stay at the hotel or to not try to find Marisol and Ana on her own. I was afraid she would turn into Elle 2.0 (Patrick's girlfriend). Thankfully she listened to the cops.
I did find similarities between Siobhan and Elle! I was thinking these two have some similarities, and I hated that!
OMG, I was so worried we were seeing Elle 2.0 (love that, Robin) in Siobhan. The difference is that Siobhan listens, Elle doesn’t.
Sean was given a serious offer to return to RCK. Should he? Will he? I think it’s a great opportunity.

I definitely think Sean should return to RCK. It is a great opportunity and he's grown quite a bit since he left. He has proven himself to Kane and the fact that Duke isn't the one that asked him to come back is encouraging. He was respected and liked by many there.
Melissa wrote: "I like Siobhan so much more than Elle and I really hope her and Kane get together."I was worried about Siobhan too. She is more committed rather than going off without thinking in this book. I like her for Kane.
I agree Melissa. Going back to RCK might be the best thing for Sean if he can resolve his issues with Duke. Maybe Kane will be his buffer for the time being.
I'd like to see Sean return to RCK. It would be much easier for him now that he wouldn't have to work under Duke. Maybe they'd eventually grow closer.
