Clarisse V | 11 comments Fearless is Taylor Swift’s first re-recorded album. It has all the original songs from the album and six songs from the vault. The vault are songs that Taylor did not put out on the original album. The original fearless album won best album of the year and best country album in 2010. This was Taylor's first grammy award. Taylor re-recorded Fearless first because it was the most popular out of all her albums that are being re-recorded.

Fearless Taylor’s Version is a country album. She recorded 3 country albums before she began to venture into pop. Fearless taylors version has to be the second best country album that she has made. Speak now has to be first then fearless. I love all the songs on the fearless taylors version. My favorite songs that are not from the vault have to be “the way I loved you”, “forever and always”, and “hey stephen.” Those songs have really meaningful lyrics to me and they are very country and catchy. My favorite songs from the vault are “mr. perfectly fine” and “don’t you.” “Mr. perfectly fine” is the song she released right before the whole album. I think it was a perfect song to show what Fearless Taylors Version is going to be. “Don’t you” is a very meaningful and slow song unlike the original songs that I said. It is one of my favorite slow and sad songs on the album.

Even though the songs are the same you can see how her voice changed. The original Fearless album was released in 2008 and Taylor’s Version released in 2021. You can hear the growth in her voice and how much stronger she is. Also I am happy that she owns this album now and I can’t wait to hear the other five as well. Even though Fearless is not one of my top 3 albums it is still a really good album. I rate this album a 5/5.

Rebekah | 59 comments Clarisse,

I like Taylor as an artist. I appreciate her versatility in being able to bounce back between country and pop. I just listened through the album and really liked it. I didn't listen to country music when she first came out as an artist (ok I was 2 so - lol) but now I have been and can appreciate her country style. I think my favorite song is You all over me. Thanks for sharing this review.
