History/family(4+ sentences): Harlyn dislikes her mother. They might have been close at one point but, since her father died, her mother had turned into someone Harlyn didn't know at all.
Her mother had become someone who'd fuck anyone she found attractive. It didn't matter if it was a woman or a man. During that time, Harlyn would stay at her uncle's and, whenever she asked why her mom was behaving like this, her uncle would tell her that she was grieving and that everyone has their own way of grieving.
Harlyn knew that her mother had never grieved over her husband's death. She had just moved on skipping that part. Harlyn hated her for that and pitied her uncle for having to lie to her because his sister was a whole mess.
Her dad was someone very precious to her. She'd always await his arrival around 9 in the night, and after dinner, she'd show him the plants she had managed to sprout and the small, tangled figured she made with roots that day. On the weekends her dad would always help her with her combat skills.
