SOLVED. Single Dad Romance, Next Door Neighbor. [s]

Help can’t find the title of this book though I could have sworn I saved it. The elderly neighbor of the dad and his daughter dies and the neighbors daughter or granddaughter moves in, not sure which. The new neighbor and the dad do not get along very much at first. The father is protecting his heart, he works with his hands, as a construction worker, rancher, or security guard, possibly owns his own company not sure. The main female character is possibly running from an ex or has bad memories of the town, she is connected to the elderly woman that died through baking and I am fairly positive that theirs a dinner involved I’m not sure what the MFC original job was before she moved back to town. If anybody can tell me the title of this book it would be greatly appreciated!
