Leave your thoughts on the book as a whole here, and I'll discuss them during the live stream! Just a reminder, the author's pronouns are they/them, please be mindful of this when writing your reviews! Thank you :)

Jamie Zaccaria I really loved this book but I would have liked a little bit more clarity or some answers. A fun, queer tale reminiscent of Picnic at Hanging Rock or House of Leaves.

I'm a tad late to this one, it just wasn't for me. I really liked the set up. The tree was a really ominous presence throughout and it felt like we were building up to something the entire time...and then knowing what happened to Sarah at the end made everything more sinister. I thought the parts from Harvey's manuscript dragged a bit. It got to a certain point where I felt they weren't giving us anymore new information about the land, house, or tree....so I ended up skimming through those parts at the end. I would have been happy just reading Sarah's thoughts as she slowly slips further and further into madness. 2/5
