2. What one element from the book would you bring into your life? Hiking is another passion for me already so it was a pleasure to read this book.
3. What was your favorite passage? “I started thinking more about how I wanted to quit and to do this forever, sleep in a bed and in a tent, see what was over the next hill and never see a hill again. All of this all at once, every moment, on the trail or off.”
4. Do you have that itch to venture? Yes! I actually purchased this book at the AT Museum at the Pine Grove Furnace State Park in PA. It was fun to hear the author’s take on the AT through PA and much agree with how very VERY rocky!
5. Where would you go? While I wish I was younger and could take the adventure of completing the AT, I think it is now beyond me. I still have a goal of hiking all of the PA State parks and have completed about 36/121.
I rated this is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I found the book to be hysterical and informative. I did watch the movie also and as usual the book is so much better.
