SOLVED. Spiritual book - man talks with pilot in field over lunch. [s]

I read this book about 5 years ago. It was no longer in print at the time. I found it on Amazon and there was a youtube video of someone reading the book. The book is short and I believe one character was crop dusting a field and came across an immaculate plane and the pilots talked about life ate lunch in the field and flew. I think one of the pilots was supposed to be an angel but not sure.
