I saw reviews for this book a few months ago. Hero and heroine were held captive and used as entertainment in a sexual type of show. They were each other’s one and only. They are either set free or escape and reunite years later.

Thanks for the suggestion. That’s not the book I’m thinking of. In the book I saw the characters are forced to have sex in front of an audience in a type of adult circus I guess. At some point they get free and go their own ways, but reunite after some years.
