Yeah 10th grade maths isn't exactly difficult. Thing is they only teach ncert but put questions from books like rd sharma. And sometimes you won't get them unless you've tried those questions earlier.

I just think you have let them know your love for arts. Most parents avoid arts as they think you find easy jobs there
