In need of editor + advice giver for Y/A mystery fiction!

Hello all! I am a 19 y/o new author and I have decided I want to publish my very own book! I have a couple chapters done already (15,000 words give or take) but I have hit a serious writer's block and am in desperate need of some help! Working on a little to non-existent budget so on the cheaper side would be more helpful. I am writing a Y/A mystery + romance fiction story. Here is the bio for it!

The Shadow Behind Me (title)

Winter Mae never considered herself to be popular and quite frankly she was perfectly content with the lack thereof. But she was and always had been pure perfection to Travis Collins. The pair had gone to school together for seven years, but only one had ever noticed the other.

Then Winter disappears right before the start of their senior year. Gone with so much as a final cryptic text message to her best friend the night before. With everyone left in the dark on her whereabouts, Travis drives himself mad trying to solve the case and retrieve his soulmate. But what he and everyone else in their small Montana town will discover will change the rest of their lives forever.
