I like how fast paced it is as well. They are trying to get straight to the point and I appreciate that.

Ch1-10. I’m liking the shorter chapters-it does lend a good pace to things- but I’m struggling to get the timeline fixed clearly at the moment. I’m also finding it hard to know whether our main narrator is that reliable-she’s keeping something back and it’s unclear whether it’s deliberate, or whether Mina kept her in the dark.
First quarter. Settling into a clear rhythm, and I like that she’s not covering up some of her less positive traits. I do wonder why Mina didn’t confide in her.
Krystal wrote: "26% [spoilers removed]"It was scary just how quickly this seemed to become an issue for her.

Second quarter. Have we been told why Mina was investigating this disappearance? Her behaviour is quite obsessive - seems like they're more similar than they want to let on.

Third quarter - I am finding the love triangle rather odd. No matter how much you loved someone, I think this would be a strange scenario to deal with. Is Trev's behaviour tied up with his guilt about driving in the original crash?
Krystal wrote: "65%[spoilers removed]"About 3/4 through, and I think we're being directed to very specific people - it obviously won't be them.
Karen wrote: "Finished. Review on home page. That was all a bit crazy, and ended so abruptly."The ending was definitely so abrupt, totally agree with this.
Krystal wrote: "26% [spoilers removed]"So true! And it's easy to see how someone could get hooked when they're in pain

Nine months. Two weeks. Six days.
That's how long recovering addict Sophie's been drug-free. Four months ago her best friend, Mina, died in what everyone believes was a drug deal gone wrong - a deal they think Sophie set up. Only Sophie knows the truth. She and Mina shared a secret, but there was no drug deal. Mina was deliberately murdered.
Forced into rehab for an addiction she'd already beaten, Sophie's finally out and on the trail of the killer—but can she track them down before they come for her?
