It's totally OK.

Well, the font is a bit different and
With all the extra arrow things it makes it a bit longer,
and I like to be able to just quickly read over it,
then hopefully, if it's good i can approve it.
With different templates it's harder to scan, (sorry if I sound lazy).
And it has all the hearts on everything.
I mean, I'll let you use it.
I just don't want everyone else to think "Hey i can use my own template and they'll be fine with it!"

Hazelle is a kind person and a selfless person. She's a dreamer, always wondering what it would be like to be free. At the same time, her experiences made her down to earth. She's very rebellious and tolerant to pain. She'd do anything for her family. Hazelle is also an actress, through and through. She can put on multiple personalities and disguises and can lie her way out of nearly any situation. She's very protective of her family and a lot of children younger than her in her district. Hazelle is an ambiverted girl, sometimes seeming overjoyed to talk to people, while she is otherwise quiet and likes to just sit in her room. She often draws, when paper is available she loves to use every single crevice she can on it, but otherwise doodles on her arms or hands. And before she moved to the districts, she was pretty carefree and she ignored the pain the districts go through on a daily basis. But now that she lives in them? Oh the Capital is going to pay.

history
Hazelle originally lived inside the Capital, that's were she was born and raised.
As she grew up, she went to an academy for Capital children and there, she learned all about the districts and how the Games were to keep the districts under control. She was really smart and she was also a favorite to multiple professors at the academy as well.
Her father worked for the President as a personal guard and her mother was a Gamemaker. For the longest time, Hazelle thought she had an amazing life and parents who loved both her and their jobs. But as it turned out , her mother was a rebel trying to assassinate the President. So, when she was eight years old, her mother decided to go for it. Though just as her mother got a blade to the presidents throat, she was tased and pushed right into jail.
Hazelle and her father were devastated, and lucky the President let her mother go. For a price. Two weeks after her mother was released, they had to pack their bags and move to District 9, where they'd live the rest of their lives.
For a while, they had money and they were able to get by. Though, sometimes the family got harsher treatment from the peacekeepers since they were technically 'traitors'.
At the age of twelve, her mother became terribly ill. And just before she died, she gave her daughter a bracelet with the Mockingjay symbol on it. But that was just the cover up story from the Peacekeepers. Her mother was actually taken away and killed.
Hazelle's father went insane and never leaves their home since his wife died.
Finally when Hazelle was sixteen, her name was called for the Reaping. And it wasn't by chance, the President made sure that she had her named picked because of what her mother tried to do.

Hazelle has long auburn hair with bangs that she cut herself, though her hair looks quite red in the sunlight. She has lightly colored skin and soft freckles all over her body. She has pretty green eyes with specks of brown that are framed form the top and bottom by medium length eyelashes. Hazelle is around 176 cm and she is stronger than you would expect her to be.
Hazelle's main advantage is speed, though. She is incredibly fast and stealthy, amazing at sneaking up behind people. Her reflexes are great, and her eyesight is incredibly sharp. She's great at climbing and running, and quite good with any weapon that is like a scythe.

Much like Katniss' district token, Hazelle has a token that has to do with the bird Mockingjay. Though, she doesn't know of its meaning and her mother gave her then bracelet before she pasted away.
