Toil and Trouble 3.5 stars; Random Authors

This has been on my TBR for awhile, and the short stories tag allowed me to finally get to it. I like witches, and these stories were mostly great! Meant for a younger audience. Almost all of the stories had a gay female relationship, which I thought was interesting. 15 random authors, and 13-14 of these stories had this feature. Many of the stories were just terrific. One or two lagged for me.
