Seventeen-year-old Iris Hollow has always been strange. Something happened to her and her two older sisters when they were children, something they can’t quite remember but that left each of them with an identical half-moon scar at the base of their throats.

As Iris retraces Grey’s last known footsteps and follows the increasingly bizarre trail of breadcrumbs she left behind, it becomes apparent that the only way to save her sister is to decipher the mystery of what happened to them as children.

Finished (view spoiler)[OK this was fun, different and super interesting. I think it's crazy they are not even the right people. Changelings, skin-walkers whatever, I guess I didn't see it coming. I'm sad that Tyler had to die, so meaningless and then I'm a bit confounded with the ending. What would be the point in even bringing him back after the fact. Not to mention they held a funeral and everything, just doesn't make sense to me. I also like how they kinda shunned Gray, I mean she's the reason for all this and literally did kill three little girls, that's nutso. The cover also really resonated with the story which I appreciate. Though I will say the flowers on the the cover are much prettier than the ones we hear about growing on them in the book lol (hide spoiler)]
