Access needs to be granted. I don't know if this is intentional or not. If it's not, you need to post the link correctly so that anyone can view it at any hour without having to ask for access. If you need help finding out how to do that, ask me or Google it.

If you hit share and hit share link with anyone it should allow you?
ya it should i just need the email addresses in order to share it
Okay. So load up the doc. In the far left corner, there's a tab that says "File." Click it. At the very top it says "Share." Click the Share button. At the bottom it'll say "Get Link." It should theoretically say "Restricted." If it does, click the option that says "Change to anyone with link." After that it'll show a globe that says "Anyone with the link." On the right, it'll say "Viewer." This is a drop box. You can click that and change it to "Editor" or "Commenter." This basically allows someone a certain amount of access to the doc. Personally, I like using the Commenter option, because it doesn't give people the complete freedom to change my doc. Once you choose the option you want, click "Copy Link" beside the link and paste it here. That should work. I hope this helps you.
