Drop Off/Pick Up

Kay beams and rubs her back gently. "I missed you," he tells her, then pulls away. He's still got his hair back in two tiny pigtails from letting Archie play with his hair the night before, which he totally forgot about.

[Maya]

Iz takes a few deep breaths to calm down, something she's been working on by herself. "I m-missed you too," she tells him, "Nice hair. You wanna get it cut or keep it like that?"

Kay takes her hand and squeezes it lovingly, then blushes and drops her hand, taking out the hair ties and glaring playfully at her. "Oh, be quiet," he says with a slight chuckle before nodding. "Yes, definitely. I mean, you know I always like to have it a little long, but this is definitely too long, you know?"

[Maya]

Izzy nods, hugging him again. "We can go get it cut. You also need to shave," she teases.

Archie starts loading stuff into the car.

Asher gets out and helps Archie.
“Good to see you getting better”

Archie nods

[Maya]

She’s lets go of Kay, going over to Arch and hugging him, too.

Archie smiles.
“Hi Izzy”

[Maya]

"Hi!!" Iz says happily.

“How is the baby?” He asked oblivious that she was pregnant with twins

[Maya]

She grins. “I’m having twins!! They’re doing good, all things considered.”

[Eva The Dinosaur]

Archies eyes widened.
“Holy… we’ll that’s good”

[Maya]

Izzy nods. “I know right?! And with everything we’ve been through, I’m just glad they’re okay!” she says, completely oblivious to the fact that they don’t know they were in the hospital, and all the other incidents.

Archie looks a bit conrused

[Maya]

She notices, and regrets saying anything. "We uhhhh.. we were in the hospital because of me.. again.."

"Hey, I know, I know! They only let me shave once a week here to keep me safe, and I had to be supervised," Kay replies, although he's still smiling. Then, when Izzy mentions she's pregnant with twins, his eyes widen, too. "Twins?! That's awesome, Iz!" he tells her, beaming and going to hug Izzy again. He pulls away, though, when she mentions that she'd been hospitalised again, looking concerned. "Why? Iz, what happened?'

[Maya]

“I uhh.. I was sleeping in a tree and I was attacked. Asher came to help and he got hurt too and it’s all my fault,” she whispers, starting to cry again.

"Hey, hey, hey. It's okay, Iz, it's okay," Kay says softly, trying his best to comfort her by hugging her again and rubbing her back. "It's not your fault you were attacked, Izzy! I promise!"

[Maya]

"W-what if they come back?" Izzy asks him, sniffling.

"They won't. And if they do, I'm out of the mental hospital now and I'm gonna make sure they don't hurt you again," Kay promises, his voice serious. "You're my sister and I won't let anything bad happen to you. I promise."

Asher rubs her back too.

Archie sighs and shuts the trunk. He goes into the car and sees Ashley.
“Hey Ashley!!”

((So my stupid stupid English teacher from last year wAs supposed to tell us we had a reading assignment for honors English 9. But nope and I just found out through a friend that we have an assignment. I have to get this done now and do a paper about it. Imma just happen to kill her))

[Maya]

Iz nods. “Okay. Thank you..”

Ashley squeals happily when she sees Archie and reaches for him. "Ahi!"

"Of course. I love you, Iz. You're the best sister ever," Kay tells her with a smile before pulling away and going to put his bag in the trunk.

[Maya]

Izzy smiles. "I love you too, Kay. You're the bestest brother,"

[Maya]

Kay grins at her and closes the trunk again, then goes over to Asher and hugs him, too. Asher was one of his only friends, after all, and he'd missed him.

Asher hugs Kay back.
“Hey Kay”

Archie smiles and holds Ashley’s hand.
“I missed you princess!”

[Maya]

Iz slips into the passenger seat quietly, wanting to take the weight off of her leg.

"Hey. Thanks for picking us up," Kay says gratefully, pulling away from the hug and then going over to get in the car as well, smiling at Archie's interaction with Ashley but not wanting to disrupt it. Ashley giggles and squirms happily in her car seat.

Archie smiles

Asher gets in the front seat.

[Maya]

Iz smiles tightly.

“You okay?” He asked her looking concerned

[Maya]

She nods slightly. "I'm okay.. just tired."

[Eva The Dinosaur]

"Okay lets drop them off then we can get you back ome" he says softly.

[Maya]

“I wanna spend time with them though,” Iz says, half-whining, half not.

[Eva The Dinosaur]

“I know but we can do that tomorrow. Let’s let them rest for today” he whispers

Kay waits in the backseat, watching Archie with Ashley.

Archie smiles at him.

[Maya]

Izzy sighs. “Why don’t we ask them what they want to do?”

Asher sighs and nods.
“You guys wanna go to your place or hang out with us?”

Archie shrugs

Kay pauses, then says, "I think I'd rather just go back to our place for now to unpack and readjust and that sort of thing, if that's okay with you."

Archie nods

Asher nods. “Of course”

Asher drives them home
