How to request Librarian help

1) Please check through the topics before starting a new one to see if your issue has been resolved for another member and offers instructions on how to solve it.

2) If your issue has not been dealt with before/or cannot be dealt with by yourself, please start a new topic in the "Help Requests" folder.

3) Name your request with a very short and clear summary of your issue. (This is so other members can find an answer to their problem before submitting a new request.) For e.g. Need to set new cover art as default cover.

4) Provide the direct URL to the book listing with the issue, and provide more details about the issue if necessary. A Goodreads Librarian will respond with either:

a) a solution to how you can fix the issue yourself, or

b) let you know when the issue is fixed and how it was fixed, or

c) a request for more information if the information you originally provided was insufficient.

5) When your issue is solved, don't forget to thank your Librarian! Remember, this is volunteer work, so be grateful and kind.
