Probably the scene where Jesper is holding Milo the goat under one arm while firing his revolvers at the volcra. Or the scene when the crows try to steal the darklings carriage and David is sitting in it and he throws his book at Jesper.

Kaz facing off the Darkling. It was something we thought could only exist in fanfic and I agree with outcome. The Darkling is more powerful, but Kaz is smarter. He only spent about an hour with Nikolai and knew who he was, but The Darkling spent weeks in a boat with him and never realized it until he was told.

I really loved the Mal/Milo scene [when Milo's bullet from Jes allows Mal to pick the lock]. Another top one is the scene where Alina says 'Thank you for finding me.' Most other directors would've made them kiss at that point, but I loved how they just hugged - they needed to find their friendship first, before they could find anything else.

I'll think of a million others as soon as I post this though, so I may be back!

How could I forget?? And ANYTHING with Fedyor in it. That scene in the carriage when he nudges Ivan to introduce him, and him handfeeding Ivan?? The scene I never knew I needed??? Any, I'm a hard Heartrender Husband shipper, even if I hate Ivan in the books. Julian Kostov was the perfect casting for Fedyor.

Going off my post above as well, I seriously hope this doesn't happen.
EDIT: Somehow, my sleep-deprived ass misread this. I'm totally there for Fedyor's arc with grieving Ivan/the man he used to be, but again, Fedyor himself does get killed at the end of Siege & Storm anyway.

This is not my favourite but I just love the scenes where Alina is writing letters to Mal and Mal writing letters to Alina. I find their relationship so passionate and sweet and it just warms my heart up when I see them both discussing how True North isn't a place, but the love that they share.

heyy i’m ula, and i'm new on good reads sooo i'm not sure how it works. butt I have a question it has been a long time since I read the books. but I’m afraid to watch the series, because I don’t want it to ruin books for me. so what do you think if you should watch it??

Good question. I recommend re-reading The Shadow & Bone trilogy and the Six of Crows duology. The show is cross-over mix between both beloved series so if you read these first you will get better context and a greater picture of the original Grisha tale and not get anything mixed up. If you don't want to read, just keep in mind that the show is a CROSSOVER yet still follows some major story parts that belong to the original books.

i have lots that are already mentioned but i also love the crow’s opening scene where jesper shoots the coin and kaz delivers the iconic line “no loud noises at the table jesper, you’ll scare off all the pigeons”. it was just so iconic and perfectly done. the freaking slo mo of the coin and kaz slamming his cane. it’s just so 🤌🤌

My least fav scene where Kaz gets beat up supper easily that would never happen, it's unrealistic and besides he also had his cane with him it made me mad that that happened

Any scene with Jesper and Milo was an immediate favorite for me, along with Alina’s iconic line “this is what I am.” And then she breaks free of the Darkling and ahhhh it’s just *chef’s kiss* I also love when the Crows are introduced, especially Kaz and Jesper 😩👌
