Edition default in author dashboard

This is the old cover of my book, but it seems to continue to pop up everywhere. I found selected within the "other editions" the edition with the new cover, and it confirms that it is selected, but each time I go back to my Author Profile, the old cover is still showing. Is there any way I can make these changes stick?

If you've followed the procedure for setting the default edition and it isn't working, you'll have to ask support. They can help or do it themselves.
