Hey everyone! For June BOTM, this time the Mods have decided three themes.

✨June is LGBT Pride Month so our first theme is based on this.
🌟18th June is the Autistic Pride Day, our second theme is based on Autism.
♥️Our third theme is Romance. We have never read any Romance book in this group and we try to include every genre here, so this time, we'll read Romance!

Suggest books below you would like to read under these themes but take note of the following points first:-

1. Suggest only one book per theme i.e, you can suggest 3 books, one for each theme. We get many recommendations due to which the results of the poll become ambiguous.
2. Suggest only those books which you'll like to read or reread in June. We have observed that books suggested by the members are the ones they have already read and if and when that book is chosen through poll, those members do not participate in discussion.
The idea of BOTM is to read and discuss books together in the group.
3. Link the books you suggest and if you are using the app or can't link it, include the name of author with book name.

Only suggest books if you can pertain to these rules.
The BOTM for June will be decided through a group poll according to the suggestions received here.

Themes:-
1. Any LGBTQ+ book.
2. Any book featuring Autism as main theme.
3. Any book of Romance genre except adult and erotic books.

Audrey (audjvoss12) | 452 comments Ooh House Rule seems like it would be good too! I read Funny, You Don’t Look Autistic, and I will admit that I learned quite a bit from it, but it was not a very good read. I feel awful saying that, but it’s not great.

Sure but haven't you read it? This time we are only accepting recs which you haven't read.

Austin George | 471 comments Rushali, I already read Rebecca by Daphne du Maurier but that was 17 years ago. I just remember it as a good book. Completely forgotten the story. Will it count under recommendations? Kafka on the Shore I haven't read ever.
