Cyra pulled her sleeve down on her jacket, the poison has almost spread to her hand, where she won’t be able to hide it without drawing suspicion.

"How far are we from our next spot?" Luke asked.
“Well if we don’t do any stops then the drive to town will only be about 6 hours. But if we are stopping at places then the drive will be around 10 hours.” She answers.
He scoffed. "Road trip." He said, leaning his char back just a tad.
"Sorry." He said, grinning at her but he pulled his chair up reluctantly.
Luke reclined it just a bit, being mindful of violet. He was exhausted already.
Cyra laughed and sped up the car a little bit and started humming a song.
Luke's mind flashed back to that moment when they were belting the song together and he grinned.
The tune was I want it that way. When she was younger her eldest brother would always sing while driving, now she sings it when ever she’s driving, just for him.
Cyra began to sing the words. “You are my fire, the one, desire...”
((oh yeah love me some BSB))Luke began to sing along on the next verse, his voice clear and strong.
Cyra continues to sing through the whole song and ends up scream singing the last half of the song.
((okay now I know who you're talking about))Luke grins at Cyra. Watching her light up like this made him immeasurably happy.
Cyra got lost in the music and the happiness of the moment. Once the song ended she burst it laughing and couldn’t stop herself.
Cyra was laughing so hard that the car started to swerve.
“Sorry!” She said and got the car back under control. Suddenly it accured to her that she still didn’t know violets age. “Violet how old are you?”
“16. You know, how is it that I’m only 16 but yet I feel like the parent?” She giggles.
((Yes! I love that idea))
“I was the kid, the one that everyone took care of you know? This is kinda a new experience for me, the whole being the parent and making sure no one does.” She says.
((kk))Luke had fallen asleep in the seat, oblivious of everything going on around him.
Cyra glanced over at luke and saw that he had fallen asleep. “And he says he isn’t sleeping beauty.” She says under her breath with a chuckle. He really is beautiful when he sleeps though, she thinks to herself, the way when he breaths out of his mouth is tussles the hair on his forehead.
“Neither where mine but my brothers where, so it’s kinda like they raised me ya know?” She starts to get uncomfortable and quickly changes the subject. “So... how do you know Luke?”
“When?” She asked, hoping to know more about Luke.
“Um, I’m just genuinely intersected.” She says it more like a question but hopes violet doesn’t notice.
“Fine, I want to know more about Luke, you happy?”
Cyra doesn’t answer, she just turns back forwards the road and glances at luke, smiling.
((pretend he listens))He awoke a bit and stretched a tad but not noticibly. He heard them say something about liking, so he pretended to sleep.
((I’m fine with either so what ever you guys want))“Yes, I do.” She whispers.
Luke's breath caught but he didn't give any hint that he was awake.
“You can’t tell him!” She whisper yells.
Cyra grunts, “Can you drive? I want to get some sleep.”
Cyra pulled the car over and hopped into the back, hoping to fall asleep before luke wakes up.
Luke smirked and as they pulled over be began to stretch and sat up. "How long was I out for?" He asked nonchalantly.
"Sorry." He smiled sheepishly. He saw that Cyra was trying to fall asleep.
Cyra soon drifted into a light sleep that was interrupted by her nightmares.
He pulled up quickly eager to make Cyra sleep easier.
"Sorta. Little sore, but I mean we were just fighting zombies." He let out a little chuckle.
"The town. Cyra said it's like 7 hours away." He said, looking back at Cyra.
"Well if I've been asleep, then 4 maybe 3."
Cyra awoke suddenly but layed back down, wishing she could continue to sleep.
Luke looked back. "Nightmares?" He asked quietly.
“Ya,”she said and sat up.
He nodded slowly. "I'm sorry." He told her.
“It’s not your fault.”
