Dom watched as the girl seemed to perk up at the other boy's humming. He ran his hand through Sora's hair as he slept.

Maxine seemed to like the sound of the humming because her tail started wagging a bit.
Dom thought it was a little funny that the girl seemed to like some guy she hadn't even met yet.
As soon as Maxine knew Dom was watching, her little smile turned to a frown, her ears went down, and her tail stopped wagging. Maxine was embarrassed that someone saw a little peek at her soft side.
Danny leaned back in her seat as she zoned out again into her own little world. Her cat ears perked back up
Dom tried not to laugh at how quickly the girl got embarrassed. He glanced at the other girl with cat ears.
She rolled her eyes, holding back a smile. She didn't know why she wanted to smile but she did want to.

Maxine felt the complete opposite about the romance. She has been in relationships and they always resulted in heart break. She mumbled, "Its stupid."
Danny rest her head on her hands
Maxine closed her eyes, relaxing. She closed her eyes to block out everyone.
She opened one eye and snorted a little.
“Josh remember the capsules!” He exclaimed softly
She covered her mouth, embarrassed at what she had done, the snort. "Excuse me.." She mumbled.
Maxine uncovered her mouth and let a small smile appear on her face, her wolf ears twitched. "Yeah, it was pretty funny. I just didn't want you to think I was being rude." She stated.
She reached her hand out and took his hand. "I'm Maxine but you can call me Max, Maxi, or Maxine." She smiled a bit more.
"Its nice to meet you as well, Josh." She said taking her hand back.
Danny sighed and took out a notebook as the class talked. She continued on a pika-cat(cat that kinda looks like pikachu) drawing she was working on
Maxine's ears lowered a little. "No Idea. This was pretty weird. I don't usually act like..that." She said obviously talking about her being friendly. She cleared her throat. "Let me guess, you have some kind of ice quirk?"
She looked at the Josh, smiling a little. "Its pretty obvious, I have a wolf quirk." She said pointing to her ears and tail. "Boring, right?" She sighed.
“Josh you wanna go to my dorm and watch movies with me and dom tonight it is a Friday after all and you can bring your girlfriend too” he said smirking when he said the last part

Maxine quickly turned towards Sora, she tilted her head, her wolf ears shot up. "Girlfriend?" She stated but it sounded more like a question.
Danny snickered quietly
“Hey we can all go to my dorm for a sleepover so we could just hang out together whaddya say guys?”
He started to chuckle “alright then let’s go after class”
Maxine was still confused. "Girlfri-" She suddenly realized what he meant and went red.
Maxine took a deep breath and let it out, she calmed down and returned to her normal color. "I'm not his girlfriend." She said calmly, there wasn't any disgust or anything in her voice.
Danny looked up at the class and laughed softly, "Who knows? You might be in the near future"
“Alright alright I get it” he said laughing more, currently sitting on dom’s lap
Maxine actually laughed. A real laugh. "Who knows? Maybe." She said joking.
"I've got 10 yen saying it'll happen" she teased, meaning it tho
“Bring it on danny” he laughed “bet you 20 it’ll happen by the end of the month”
Maxine let a soft giggle escape her. "I can't believe you guys are actually taking bets."

This feels nice...actually laughing with other people my age rather than just dad and papi, Danny thought
Maxine looked at Josh, she stated bluntly, "He is kinda cute, not gonna lie." She said looking away, blushing slightly.
She stood up, walked over to him, turned her hand rock hard again and broke the ice for him again, "Oh, just the blush on your face"
“Alright then so Josh will bring the games I’ll bring Uno and someone else can bring the movies and I don’t know who’s bringing the snacks”
"Ill bring the snacks." Max said.
"I'm not too sure I'll be coming" she said, kinda sceptical of going to a sleepover since she never has before
“Alright thanks max and don’t worry danny it’ll be awesome so this’ll be your first one I’m assuming right?”
