Lucy Appadoo (goodreadscomlucy_appadoo) I had a paperback edition of my novel, Web Of Lies come out before the kindle edition. I have been trying to add a kindle edition and a cover for my kindle edition, but the system won't allow me to create another edition. Can I combine both the paperback edition and the ebook edition and be able to add a book cover? I have two reviews posted on my paperback edition so I will need to keep this version so the reviews are displayed. Can I combine my kindle edition with my paperback edition and have a book cover as well? I tried doing it myself but it came up with an error. I would appreciate the help. If I can have the reviews displayed on both editions, with my book cover, it would be great. Feel free to email me at lucyappadoo22@gmail.com. Thank you.

Miriam | 1831 comments Hi Lucy,

I hopefully have your book straightened out.
A few quick notes:

1. Ebooks sold on Amazon with an ASIN are listed as Kindle editions, not ebooks (if the book is available through another vendor you'll have a Kindle edition with the ASIN, and at least one other edition labeled ebook typically with an ISBN). I fixed your listing.

2. You had two paperback editions listed without covers. I got the cover from Amazon and added it to the one with the ISBN assigned. The other one I set to merge (delete with the reviews moving to the correct edition).

3. It looks like you might have clicked the "Add Alternate cover edition" when trying to create a new edition instead of the "Add new edition". If you have trouble uploading a cover, you can post a request in this group. Just give us a link to the book and where we can source the cover (Amazon is usually the easiest if the cover is up there) (Covers must match the ISBN or ASIN of the edition you want it added to, we can't use the Paperback cover on a Kindle edition for example)

Let us know if you need anything else.

PS You might want to remove your email from your post.

As this group is both public and searchable, I second that suggestion.
