"I am finding it more challenging to find time to read anything other than my Bible. . ." That's a very familiar occurrence, so it's refreshing to receive that coming from someone else other than myself. But anyhow, hello.
Hello fellow Brit. Oh I remember those days when my first born took me by surprise - he needed so much attention. Let me reassure you that it all becomes worthwhile when they grow up. Reading was my great pleasure in those days too but it came in short snatches interspersed with 'Well done' and other encouragements. Books of short stories suddenly became popular with me - and the greatest short story teller of all was of course... Enjoy every moment, Mary.
Welcome Mary, happy to have you join our group. I'm an avid reader and lover of books. The Lord knows I love them and He continually puts books in my path. I pray you are blessed by those you meet in the group.

Hello, Mary, welcome! You might try audiobooks during this busy time, particularly when you need to clean up after her. Over here, they are available free from the library system.

I’m Mary from Birmingham, UK. I have been a Christian for 19 years. I work as a librarian in a school.
I love reading, although since I have had my daughter a year ago I am finding it more challenging to find time to read anything other than my Bible. My husband and me have got a lot of Christian books, I like reading James Knox, M R DeHaan and A W Tozer to name a few. We have a couple of Jack Moorman’s books but I have a lot of books that I haven’t got round to reading yet. I am responsible for uploading the sermons to the website for our church and I enjoy going out tracting, but haven’t been able to do this since having my daughter.
Look forward to meeting more of you.
Mary
