I'm a freshman, or 9th grader, and high school has been...interesting lol. I think the hardest class I'm taking this year is honors biology. It's just there's a lot of work involved, and a lot of tests, along with new material. I find it interesting though. So while biology is very challenging, it's also my favorite subject.

Yep! In my school, you do biology in 9th, chemistry in 10th, and I don't really know what in 11th. I think it's inquiry?? Not sure.

Then in 12th grade, you can choose either AP biology or AP physics.

I'm thinking of seeing whether the school would allow me to take AP biology earlier though. I'm thinking of going into the medical field, and putting an AP biology course on my college application would be a good thing. Since you apply in your junior year, you won't be able to put things you have done in your senior year.

Ahhh! Good luck girl. The biology class at my school is SO TOUGHHH. I mean I am in one of the most rigorous schools in the country, so it makes sense ig. But it takes up so much of my time, especially since I have multiple extra-curriculars.

I really hope you like bio though! It's a fascinating field and if you put the effort into it, it'll be worth it.

I'm doing a biology called to dinosaurs to birds, its kind of boring at the moment. Be prepared, you may have to dissect stuff in bio (which thankfully the bio I picked doesn't do that!!!!)
