It’s an uncomfortable pressure on your teeth. Nothing too bad though and overtime it eases itself as you get used to it

all the advice I can give you is that the dentists are LYING when they say you can't eat popcorn, chips, chew gum, etc.
and eat ice cream or drink cold stuff when you first get them. it helps with the pain
