'Beau's Dilemma' is the latest in a series of novels about gay men facing the mysteries of crime and love while alone in a country not their own. Prior adventures took place in Barcelona and Montreal. Anyone who's traveled knows the excitement - and sometimes fear - of being adrift in a place whose language and culture are new and unknown. My books are about that feeling. Add to the mix a story of villains and hotties without knowing who's which and you get my Gay Tales series.

It's like every 40s movie where a theater troop stays up all night and then at dawn one of them runs over to the newsstand and scoops up all the morning editions to check the reviews.
