She definitely should be found guilty. Mistaking the gun for a taser seems unlikely when it's an experienced cop. And how come mistakes happen only when the victim is a black person?

guilty. one's taser would be on their non-dominant side, and the gun would be on the dominant side. police officers are taught this extensively, so how would you mess up?
