LF this oddly specific theme

Hey guys! I'm trying to find a book about a woman that owns her own shop (whether is be cafe/library/whatever) who slowly starts to take an interest in one of regulars, or someone who has just starting visiting.

I know this is so specific, but I've read a graphic novel that was like this and I just can't get over it!

Hey Jordan, so I haven't read this book but I came across this synopsis and it kind of seems to fall into the theme you're looking for except she just works at the a coffee shop, but doesn't own it.
